Las camas son c\u00f3modas, la cocina tiene todo lo necesario aunque no nos hizo falta porque la gastronom\u00eda de Palermo es de lo mejor de Italia y es mejor comer fuera, adem\u00e1s los precios son muy razonables. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente, cosa que se agradece ya que hace mucho calor en verano! Est\u00e1 muy cerca de la estaci\u00f3n de tren (10min andando) y tambi\u00e9n de una zona de restauraci\u00f3n con muchos restaurantes buenos (a 5 min); de hecho se puede caminar tanto al centro como al puerto desde el apartamento. Das Parken des Autos war \u00e4usserst schweirig. Vor dem Geb\u00e4ude war es sehr unsicher (wir haben Autps mit aufgestochenen Reifen gesehen). Wir mussten uns um einen alternativen, sichere Parkplatz k\u00fcmmern. Camera davvero bella, pulitissima e  molto spaziosa. Bagno, almeno il nostro, un po' piccolo ma moderno...unica pecca ti devi comprare un asciugacapelli se non lo hai portato perch\u00e9 non disponibile. Servizio di pulizia all' altezza del posto e proprietaria gentile e disponibile. La terraza es bell\u00edsima y espaciosa con vistas a un parque y en un entorno relajante. Encontrar\u00e1n detalles como cafetera, pava el\u00e9ctrica, hornallas de convecci\u00f3n y horno el\u00e9ctrico, vajilla completa -todo nuevo!-, doble aire acondicionado, aberturas perfectamente insonorizadas -si bien no era necesario dejarlas cerradas-, ducha s\u00faper fuerte, c\u00e1ma confortable con delicada blanquer\u00eda, hasta una decoraci\u00f3n con orqu\u00eddeas naturales! La ubicaci\u00f3n es la \u00f3ptima, recorrimos todo Palermo a pie -a excepci\u00f3n de Montreal y Mondello que est\u00e1n a 20 minutos de bus-. La estaci\u00f3n de trenes est\u00e1 a 8 minutos a pie, la Vuccer\u00eda a 10, V\u00eda Maqueda a 12. El barrio es el mas cool de Palermo, sin lugar a dudas, y con la atm\u00f3sfera m\u00e1s aut\u00e9ntica y relajante, ideal para hacer base.\u00a0 Est\u00e1 lleno de barcitos, pizzer\u00edas de autor y restaurantes con encanto, y adem\u00e1s, concurrido por gente del lugar, s\u00faper aut\u00e9ntico, alejado del bullicio y de las masas de turistas que s\u00ed encontrar\u00e1n, por ejemplo, en V\u00eda Maqueda. Y, como si todo esto fuera poco, me permito resaltar la EXCEPCIONAL -s\u00ed, con may\u00fasculas- anfitriona que ha sido Marila, siempre bien predispuesta y atenta a todos nuestros requerimientos, destacando la enorme amabilidad que tuvo al irnos a buscar al aeropuerto, ya que arribamos de noche. Es encantadora, ha sido un enorme placer haberla conocido y charlar con ella. Por \u00faltimo,\u00a0 quisiera decirles que Palermo nos result\u00f3 una ciudad vibrante y contrastante, con callecitas apacibles y arquitectura de ensue\u00f1o, comida riqu\u00edsima y gente amable y cordial. Fuimos por tres d\u00edas y terminamos qued\u00e1ndonos siete! Volveremos a La Duca sin lugar a dudas, nuestra nueva casa en Palermo!
